By using Renewed1 LLC’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using Renewed1 LLC’s services.

2. Services Offered

Renewed1 LLC provides telehealth services for elective medical procedures, including but not limited to weight loss peptides, anti-aging peptide therapy, hair restoration, testosterone replacement, and complete rejuvenation plans. All services are provided by licensed medical professionals.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your health history and current conditions to Renewed1’s medical professionals. You must comply with all instructions provided by Renewed1 LLC’s medical professionals.

4. Payment Terms

Renewed1 LLC operates on a direct-pay model. Payment for services is due upon completion of the service. Detailed payment information will be provided during the booking process.

5. HIPAA Compliance

Renewed1 LLC adheres to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations to ensure the privacy and security of your protected health information.

6. Limitation of Liability

Renewed1 LLC is not liable for any damages arising from the use of its services, including but not limited to any adverse reactions to the prescribed treatments.

SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

1. Program Description: This messaging program sends appointment confirmation and reminder messages to customers who have booked an appointment with Renewed1 LLC through our website at https://renewed1.com/, or via our scheduling forms, and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Messages include scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications.

2. Cancellation Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

3. Support Information: If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or reach out directly to [email protected] or call during business hours.

4. Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
